Okay so my app idea as follows: (Lets use Nandos restaurant as an example)
(Currently) You walk into Nandos and wait for a table
You look at the menu while waiting
You then go to a table number and sit down, decide what you want and then go to the tills to order your food.
Waiter/waitress brings your food over.
(App idea) How about an app you scan as you walk into the restaurant, or even scan the barcode on a menu while you wait for your table
You sit down, you order your food via the app which sends a message to the ethos till system - you have paid via android pay or apple pay.
Waiter or waitress simply brings over the food
This eradicates queues at the till, and also potentially could reduce staff for the companies.
This can apply to many restaurants and pubs, it can reduce the staff/costs - its a simple app that orders food and API's into the till systems at the restaurant. Wetherspoons have their own app for that specific chain, but my idea can be opened up to others.
