Medication Scanning App that catches LOT number

Hello We have started a project but coder was not able to continue , the purpose is : 1- Every drug has a UPC , and LOT number , We need to scan the LOT 2- when a drug is " Recalled " , the manufacturer will send pharmacies certain Lot numbers that are affected , bec even if you have multiple bottles , maybe just one will be recalled .
