Hi everyone,
I'm having to re-post this project as (1) I got delayed by the virus situation and (2) I had quite a few responses which turned out to be uncertain. This included an Indian companies presenting themselves as an American individual, companies with generic profiles, web companies with no development experience and people that didn't properly read the attached file.
My selection process is (1) look at your answers to the 9 questions in the document, (2) look at your bid and track record of building mobile apps, (3) interview as I'd like to connect with the person I will be working with before engaging them (there is no wish to circumvent freelancer or work outside of Freelancer in this).
