Need to complete an Ola like app in flutter which is around 80% complete

I am creating an ola like application. So there are two applications, one for the customer, and one for the driver. The app is almost 80% complete. The design and booking flow is done. Most of the drawer items are done. Since there is some unnecessary delay from the current developer end, need someone to complete it as soon as possible. Besides, you will also need to make an admin panel for me. Also, there is a Figma prototype that is already complete. You need to update the changes made in the final app. Will prefer someone who has already worked on a similar project. Finishing on time is crucial.
