Left hanging with a partially built android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Must be capable of working fast we have a tight deadline and the previous freelancer left me hanging after getting more than half of the project budget. HERE map experience will be a plus... our client has a small data set that will need to be embedded in the app.
