Need to take an existing excel sheet and convert to a distributable phone app.
We are a small awning company with 6 employees. We track jobs via and excel sheet but keeping it up-to-date or allowing every one check it.
Track and input Customer data (Projects)
Edit permissions per user group (3 Groups)
Track user changes (Allow user to move project to new cat. and tracks user)
Add multiple images to projects (Via phone app)
Five categories (Each project can be moved to different Cat.)
The basic customer information and notes will need QB integration as to pull and push data.
We have access to Microsoft PowerApp and PowerBi. I have tried creating this with those apps but do not have the time to code it to work properly.
There is a similar app made by Awning Tracker (see demo link below) but it has more features than need and requires a subscription. We prefer to keep our data to ourselves.
