require a demo with audio recording functionality for android.

We require a demo application which can record audio in high quality. The demo application should provide functionality to apply different possible quality attributes like sampling rate, bite rate etc.
The demo app should also remove background noise and echo and any other kind of disturbance from the recorded voice.
Preferred way of developing demo is NDK, other method is also acceptable if it results in high quality audio.
Deliverables- Source code, copyright of the source code.
