I have a a commercial cleaning company.
I get many job applications. hard copy., that the office files for a later date. meaning when we get a contract, we will then go thru the physical application and choose candidates.
the selection will happen based on
1. male/female
2 age 20+:25+:30+ etc
3. based on area they live.
we have physically filed our applications
as per

we are operating in Dar es salaam..(Dsm)
we have divided (Dsm) into 4 regions
1 ilala
2 kinondoni

4 past university
Phase 1 job Applicants
The App I want should mirror the above explanation.
1 once uploaded we should be able to find applicants through
regions
age
gender
Phase 2. Hired Staff
the staff hired are dispatched to different locations.
the locations are also divided into the 4 regions of Dsm
we want to load the same information on the App.
I want a report based on staff
1 per site
2 per age
3 per gender
when staff are moved from one location to another
we should be able to edit and shift to new site
