I'm not familiar with developing APPS for the Android OS phone and I'm hoping to get assistance.
I'm trying to get a study preparation app in the market place. It sounds to me to be a pretty basic application since I've done Perl/VB/MySQL before but again I'm not at all familiar with how apps for the Android works.
The APP will have 4 buttons on the screen. One for TEST mode, one for Study mode, one for STATS and one more for something else- maybe a GUIDE or something I'm not sure.
I want the program to be generalized where all the questions, answers and data are pulled from a separate file. That way I can add questions/answers/content without having to redo anything in the code.
Essentially in test mode the screen will show a question with a list of answers (radio format). There should be a NEXT/BACK/SAVE button. The SAVE will bring back all the questions at the end marked SAVE for review. The other buttons should be self explanatory.
Test mode doesn't give answers until the end. Study mode will present solutions to wrong answers after they click NEXT.
Minor graphics to make it look pretty but nothing too fancy. I just basically want to be able to include as many questions and information as I want at any time.
When bidding please let me know what type of experience you have designing apps for the Android OS. Also let me know if you know what it takes to get things on the Market place so others can download the app so they can train as well.
