Uses accounting principles (P&L accounts, Balance sheets and cash flow forecasts) to produce pie charts to tell him where his income is being spent.
· Allow him to upload files onto the program, which will allow the program to automatically populate the input boxes. He would like that the program to access documents and files remotely so that the program can be used outside of home and work and be used on the go. This would mean that Mr Zaheer would have to upload his files and documents to the cloud and that he must have an internet connection. This is not a problem as Mr Zaheer already uploads his files and documents to the cloud. He could also use the open Wi-Fi wherever he is, or alternatively he could use his mobile data that he gets as part of his mobile contract.
· Uses a personalized log-in system. This will be done by creating a random access file which stores the username and password of the user. When the user types their username and password, the random access will be queried to see if the username and password match the username and password that are stored in random access file.
· To create a pie chart using the inputs from the assets form showing what percentage of his income is being spent on each expense.
Provide him with useful links that will provide him with good money saving deals on things where he is spending most of his income (based on the results from the pie chart)
I also want to Create a database in which the user can compare his expenses (electricity bill, gas bill, petrol,etc) with the average amount of money spent on that specific expense. The database should contain the averages for bills such as rent, electricity bill, gas bill, petrol, food/clothes shopping, etc. So if he inputs the bills mentioned above the program should create a new form which shows the comparisons so the user knows how his bills compare withe the average bill within the OX4 postcode.
