I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I am developing an app to help test healthcare providers skills in emergent births to score a babys health. The scoring scale is called APGAR. The app will have an animated baby in different stages of distress. ( apperance(color), pulse, grimace,activity(flextion), and [login to view URL] will be randomized different scores for each baby .
