Write an Android and iOS/iphone Hybrid App

I have a Wix Website. I want to convert it into an offline hybrid app . I will provide all the data in Excel format. I need it in 2-3 Days. Features required: - Search within the App - should not consume mobile data - should be adaptive and responsive - there are images in the count of 3600. It should be able to handle them all without lagging. Caution: I don't want online converted apps. Trust me i have tried them all and burnt my fingers, so don't waste my time.
