Write develop an iPhone & Android China based application

Our project is a China based in English marketing community app. Has 12 main functions i: Develop China train tickets booking platform as a third party agent using 12306 API ii) Buy & Sell used classifieds platform posting of items and chats to potential buyers iii) Using API like Da Zhong Dian Ping from Factual to integrate and review restaurants and businesses around. iv) other 9 APIs that need integrations with third party service providers that will lead to browsing and payment on their pages. v) Also looking at possible option for Gewara or Wepiao cinema tickets purchase in English. Possibly will need admin or backend for this APP. Only serious and experienced bidders please that know and fully understand our requirements, no time wasters. Please quote timeline, budget and suggestions for ideas. Your successful contribution and potential partnership will be well highlighted as well. We have other APP projects in the pipeline as well so looking for a honest, results oriented team that can work well and cohesive for the long term. PSDs designs are all ready so just need to get a team of experts to get this going. We need experienced developers who knows which API to use for 12306, Dazhong Dianping, Utilities, China Phone Credits- API documentations as we don't have these specs.
