Write an iPhone application

We require an iOS app to listen for bluetooth iBeacons, perform a web lookup using the id and then display the data given back from the lookup. The data comes in the form of custom fields from CapsuleCRM www.capsulecrm.com. Capsule provides a REST/JSON interface to directly manage records [login to view URL] however the custom field result will be passed back from our site. The field names the app should handle will be provided. We require the following to be implemented: 1) Bluetooth Scanning. The app will scan for iBeacon devices with a certain UUID and be able to display the name associated with the beacon. The name is returnable via a REST/JSON call. The app should also display notifications according to the iBeacon spec, when in the immediate presence of a beacon. 2) Data display. When the user selects a beacon to view the app should display all data relating to the beacon from a second web lookup. If there is an URI handler on the users phone for a particular piece of data (such as an id that corresponds to a certain app) then the app should rewrite URL to the app URI. An example is a facebook id can be opened at fb://page/id. 3) Auto beacon display. When the app is loaded the app should choose the closest beacon and use that as the beacon to display with a button(or similar) that would allow the user to browse the list of nearby beacons. We will provide the icon files and logo. but we also need branding and a nice design, we will provide some sketches of the look and feel, but basically very clean look and feel is desired. HTML from an android webapp will be provided but you are welcome to create a native app if that is more convenient as long as it looks good.
