I have a small company and just start using monday.com. We want to create a automated workflow so we can professionalize are company.
This is our workflow and for every aspect we have a board.
We receive a quote request and we have a separate board for that.
If the quotation is approved, the order must be sent to the drawing department.
When the drawings are ready, it goes to work preparation
when the work preparation has everything ready, it has to go to production
and when the production is finished it has to go to invoicing..
