I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create multiple PCBs for an integrated control system. The project includes: 1. Current Sensing PCB: - Type: To be determined (shunt resistor, Hall effect sensor, or Rogowski coil) 0 to 20 amps at 240 volt 2. Motor Control PCB: - Function: Control a motor with two limit switches - Control Method: Direct ON/OFF control no limit switched required if can find away around 3. Relay Control PCB: - Components: Two relays (one normally closed, one normally open) 4. Touch Screen Interface PCB: - Function: Control and monitor all PCBs has the main power coming in at 240 volt and is the brain behind the can bus 5. Communication Adapter PCB: - Function: Split communication cable all pcbs will communicate over a cable and will also be connected via 24 volt power i would like to do this all myself however i will need help with component selection and connecting components Ideal Skills and Experience: - PCB Design - Knowledge of current sensing techniques - Experience with motor control and relay integration - Touch screen interface development - Communication protocols and cable splitting Please provide relevant experience in your bids.
