Music paysite

I would like to establish a simple HTML-paysite with music articles. It needs to be able to handle user registration and payments, and then users have full access to all articles. A simple CMS with an registration/payment option (ie. Paypal or creditcard) will do. It must be possible to upload text and pictures for the articles and also soundclips, just as the CMS shall enable external links to other webpages.
