Podcast Intro and Outro Music

Our business is starting a podcast and we need some intro and outro music.
Our podcast is called "Live, Work & Study in China" and the name pretty much says it all. It will be a half hour podcast every week. We want the intro/outro music to be upbeat but not 80s rock. In terms of style, we would like a Victor Wooten sort of sound. Maybe something like this song:

Our podcast will be mostly informative, based on interviews and stories. Our plan is to talk about a different aspect of living in China each week.
Our budget for the intro/outro is $80-$150.
Each section of music should be about 20 seconds, but 10 seconds can be overlap, so we only need 30 seconds of music. The first 10 seconds should be more interesting and catchy; the second 10 seconds (which will be the overlap part) should be more vampy but able to be used without the first 10 seconds. The last 10 seconds can also be vampy but not exactly the same as the second part.
In other words, we need a 30 second section of music, of which the first 20 seconds will be used as intro music and the last 20 seconds will be used as an outro. 10 seconds in the middle are overlap.
