Web Screen Scraping of Affiliate Backend Website

We are looking for a programmer to work on an ongoing "as-needed" basis to complete the web scraping project below and other related projects.
Applicants must have the following:
1) Direct experience in webscraping and database programming.
2) Predictable and Reliable hours which they can be reached.
3) Skype
4) Reasonable english skills.
5) Timely Communications.
6) Ability to work with others on a Project Team, and ability to meet deadlines and accurately assess the time required for completion of projects.
Successful completion of this project on budget and on-time will include awarding of additional projects in the future on an ongoing basis for other clients of ours.

We need to build a program which will web scrape the affiliate backend which is pictured in the screenshot. The output of the website is simple and capsulized into a single window and in plain HTML.
The application must do the following:
1) Run automatically
2) Login to the affiliate backend. Must be secure against unauthorized attempts to obtain the username password used to log in.
3) We would like to determine the daily stats of each affiliate, but the website only reports a running total for the month, therefore the program must also subtract previously scraped data to arrive at the amount the affiliate has done for the day.
4) The program must verify the data and also have the ability to determine if the web scrap was completed properly-- If it was not completed properly, it must rescrape and report if unable to obtain the data.
5) Information must be sent to a database.
6) Our server is an Apache server running Mysql.
Initially we would just like a estimate of the following:
1) The hours to create a Simple process to login and scrap the data. No data verification needed nor does it need to determine daily stats.
2) The hours to complete the whole project as detailed above.
This project is only a small portion of a larger project so please do not bid unless you are also available to complete the other webscraping projects we need to do.
