I have a specific directory on my website that is password protected through htpasswd authentication. The website is on a Ubuntu server with Apache2 installed. I need someone to simply add a NEW USER to the htpasswd file so I can get access to the directory again.
You will have ROOT access to the MAIN linux server through a remote terminal. You will take control of my PC to perform the work.
1. You will need to find the htpasswd file on my server.
2. You will need to add a user to the htpasswd file.
For a trained IT professional, this should take no more than 10 mins.
