Consultation Service: Website code review, deploy and test.

We have an agreement with a software company to built a website.
They will deliver everything to us starting from source code till all tiny details.
What we are looking for is an expert to do the following :
1- List all the usual required details that should be delivered from the software company including but not limited to source code, designs, architecture, DB and so on.
2- Full Review, deploy and test the provided details.
3- Experience in Node/Angular, IDEWeb storm, MySQL, APINode API.
4- List the required Servers, OS, software and any other requirements to perform the above actions.
5- Access remotly to the servers to perform the above actions.
6- All copy and paste functions, Internet access will be prohibited.
7- Provide an extensive document with the result of the above actions and list your suggestions and recommendations.
8- Perform deep security assessment
9- Check backdoors & default credentials in the application and report them.
10- Check any obselete or vulnerable application components and report them.
11- Check APIs and whether they are secure or not.
12- Create detailed reports with all findings & recommended actions.
13- Review website architecture & make sure it's reflecting the actual setup of the application.
