Cpanel & WHM Missing Mysql and PHPMYADMIN

I updated to cpanel version 76, and now there is no database section when I login to user cpanel. No ability to create database, access phpmyadmin etc.
Upon checking whm there is no phpmyadmin either.
I need a cpanel expert who can assist me in getting the database section back into user cpanel, getting phpmyadmin back in user cpanel, and getting full mysql/phpmyadmin functionality in whm ASAP
