Create SQL query for Zabbix events (MySQL)

Job Description:
I need to extract some data from my Zabbix database(I'm using MySQL - percona 5.6). What I need is an SQL query or set of queries that shows the total number of events(problem status) per trigger severity, grouped by month. What I want is something like this:
