Build n8n Email Automation

I need a complete, end-to-end email-marketing workflow inside my own n8n cloud account and I would like it running as soon as possible. Here’s the flow I have in mind: 1. Every morning the workflow calls OpenAI to summarise the day’s trending topics. 2. n8n then drafts an informative newsletter that links those trends back to our service offerings. 3. The contact list lives in a single Excel file on Google Drive; n8n should fetch the latest version, read every row, and schedule or send the email immediately (date column in the sheet determines timing). 4. After delivery, the workflow monitors replies and click data to tag each lead as “interested”, “not now”, or “no response”. 5. If someone is marked “interested”, n8n automatically follows up with our brochure and product details. 6. When a lead moves to “highly interested”, an internal alert email must reach the assigned company representative with the lead’s history so that human follow-up can begin. 7. Send out a shoutout on social media like linkedin and facebook company profile. Extra points if you can suggest or wire additional automations around list hygiene, bounce handling, or periodic performance reports. Deliverables • n8n workflow file(s) ready for import • Clear instructions on required API keys (OpenAI, Gmail/SMTP, Google Drive) • A quick Loom or screenshot walk-through showing the flow working with a small test list I will supply sandbox credentials, the Excel template, and copy guidelines for the newsletter.
