The number-recognition issue is almost certainly a format mismatch. Twilio normalises phone numbers differently from Meta's Cloud API, and if the existing flows pattern-match against Twilio's structure, they'll misfire on day one of the migration. I'd nail that down first before touching anything else. Plan is: audit all three flows against the WhatsApp Business API, map each Twilio/Make step to its n8n equivalent, wire up the Meta system user token and webhook verification, then rebuild and test in sequence. Broadcasts need an approved template per Meta's policy, so I'd confirm which ones you have early so that doesn't hold up the final testing day. 750 NZD, 5 days, one milestone.
