Need a simple fix for an existing EA (candle close confirmation)

Hi, I have a profitable EA which places a buy on the upper line of an indicator. However, it needs to place this after after the indicator upper line is confirmed with a candle close.

This was previously working however the previous programmer seemed to have broken it after adding a different feature.
