The equipment and systems used are, of course, incomparable to those used by individuals. I've never heard of any country's television station lacking funds to purchase equipment. It's just that the rapid development of internet technology, the large-scale, high-quality streaming media delivery, and AI-generated video production allow individuals to build large fan bases at very low cost. As long as it doesn't involve politics, it's safe and has economic potential.
