42885 DESKTOP APPLICATION in .NET

In this project, you'll create a simple .NET DESKTOP APPLICATION that will run from our system tray and spider thru Google and search for old editions of books by the ISBNs we'll enter into a small data table. The application will then spider those sites for the webmaster/contact email and finally email them (with a form email we've written) re new editions available for those titles, so that they can update their websites with accurate information. This project is budgeted for $50-100 so bids within that range will be considered. Turnaround time for final is 5-7 days max. Specs attached, thx. Rankor
