44811 Desktop .NET app--Adwords Mgmt

You'll design a .NET desktop application (with tray icon, submenu options, etc) to manage our Google Adwords campaign, using Google's API. The program should have both manual and auto-run modes. The 2 main goals are: A. Bidding to position 1 should take one step and beat the current best position by 1 cent or the least amount possible, so there's little to no bid gap between us and the now-2nd position. To be awarded this job, YOU ***MUST provide your solution on how to do this since Google does not volunteer information on other bidder's max bids, or price paid for positions, etc. ***. B. There must also be a "Relative" feature, where a competitor URL can be typed in and our bid will post just above that. ***DETAILS ATTACHED*** TERMS: This job pays $200. Turnaround is 7 days for final. Deliverables include fully-tested, bug-free final desktop application, source files, and copyright as always. Any bids exceeding this and any hourly bids will be ignored. For serious consideration, you must have experience in .NET desktop applications/spiders and MUST provide your solution, in advance, for fetching prices in requisite points A and B above. All real-time communications via YM. Must check in at least once a day during the project with project status and/or questions.
