I am a .NET developer with over 10 years of experience, and would like the opportunity to work with you on this project. I usually quote a figure of anywhere between $25 and $50 per hour for an hourly rate, but in reality I do not like working under an hourly rate figure. I find that model to be too limiting, and would rather do work on a project basis. If you have any work that needs to be done, I would like to get the details on that project and let you know the price to complete the project, and provide a timeline on when I believe I can have it done. Also, under that model I do not consider a project done until you have completed all the testing and make the fixes that are required (but reasonable) for you to consider the project complete. I would create a DotNetNuke website for you using the basic site template, this will fullfill the CMS/user/account management required. I will need more details for the pieces that actually need to be custom coded as I do not understand them from the documents you provided. Since you do not want DNN, I have updated my bid and timeline to create an ASP.NET MVC website with authentication. I will need more time since I have to actually develop the tools that DNN provides out of the box. I will also require more clarification on what teh CSV, TXT, and XLS files are the the custom pages are that they relate to.
