We need to integrate Oracle Siebel 8.1 with an Asterisk PBX. Our call center uses a Oracle Siebel CRM (v.8.1) application to service client request and a new PBX is being deployed (Asterisk ), so we need to integrate through Siebel CTI functionality a connector to integrate both: manage Asterisk (incoming, outgoing calls, hang, put on hold, client recognition and automatic navigation, transfer calls, etc...) from the Siebel application.
