Application for Printing Labels (Need modifications)

We have hired someone to create a software that reads XML files from a directory and prints labels based on this information. It's a simple software that you just browse the folder containing the data, select which product codes to print and then it prints. The user can give some other additional information that he needs to be printed on the label. Also the user may select to print horizontal or vertical labels. Our client needed some changes, while the initial coder, got ill and cannot continue the project. The software was written in C# and i have the source code which will be provided to the winner. The software prints the information from xml on some jpg graphic files. The placement was done with coordinates i suppose. But our client has changed the graphic files with other dimentions and also needs some more changes. CHANGES NEEDED TO BE DONE in this project : 1. The jpg files are different in size now. We need to make a whole new design because dimentions have changed. When we tried to print in A4 size, there was a cut in the end. This was my mistake, the graphic files I've sent you were wrong. So I am sending you 2 new files now. 2. User may input PRODUCT_ID, COMMENT,PRODUCT_PRICE ; INSTALLMENT_AMMOUNT ; NUMBER_OF_INSTALLMENTS. So there are 3 extra fields on each line. One notice : if INSTALLMENT_AMMOUNT or NUMBER_OF_INSTALLMENTS are null then none will be printed on label. 3. Both graphics files have changed. I send you one with complete details and 2 plain for using with the program. 4. We will change the graphic files to GIF, they are half size without loosing quality. 5. We will be making the data lines 17 for vertical and 23 for horizontal. 6. We must make the application (from within the code) to be printing a small text somewhere on the label that will be controlled from the source code, so that no other company can customize the labels for their own use, using other external graphic files. a.
