.NET Excel Automator

I have simple excel sheet that must launch from excel and populate from a .NET application. You must take data from MySQL and other source to populate sheet.
I will give you a DLL with interface that you must implement. Interface has call backs that you must add to queue (like a Java BlockingQueue). A seperate thread will dequeue depending on criteria that I give you. You will then take data to excel on the format that I tell you.
Only people with experience in .NET threading and sharing [url removed, login to view] over many threads, please! Must have good experience with implementing to an interface that was designed by someone else.
This should be a 10 9hr/day project.
I am in California. Prefer someone in Asia who can have work done by the time I come in. Probably more work in future, but must be willing to work nights Asia time so we can meet for 1-2 hrs California time.
