reconstruct MS SQL database with SQL backup files

Doing mssql restores is something I do as part of my day to day tasks. If you could provide me one of your files I can do one install for you.

I have extensive knowledge of SQL Server and have been doing SQL Server Administration, Development and Optimization for a long time. My skills include Optimization of SQL Server queries and infrastructure. Currently I work as Lead consultant in Daimler's EDC (European Data Center) in Stuttgart, Germany. In order to solve this project, it is important to answer a couple of questions: - the size of the databases - are the files on the same computer as the SQL Server instance? - if on the same computer, should not be on the same disk as the restored databases. - are the database backups compressed? - does the SQL Server computer has enough space to accommodate database files and log files? - have the databases been backed up on same server where they need to be restored? In my previous project, which was for CRB Tanzania Govt (Contractors Registration Board), i had to migrate their previous disconnected, independent data into the newly created database which requires lot of patience even though the task is not a complicated one. I have used with MS SQL in my job as a senior .NET developer for over 10 years. I have lots of experience with designing, debugging, understanding, importing, exporting and anything else you might imagine involving MS SQL and T-SQL (the underlying version of SQL used by MicroSoft.) I know SQLXML, XSLT, etc.etc. You get the picture. I doubt this would be a difficult task for me at all. If I were to run into problems, I have a whole team of expert MS SQL sysadmins at my disposal (free.)
