Looking for SEO Expert

I am looking for SEO Experts to do some work for me. The following task will need to be done for 3 different websites:

1) Optimisation

- On page optimisation.

- keyword density and frequency check

- Going through all the pages and optimize each page for specified keywords.

- rectifying the title, Meta and navigation of page, in order to be more visible for search engines.

- If necessary also integrating new pages with the website to increase the visibility for search engines for more traffic generation.

2) Submission

- Once the website has been optimized, you will need to submit our optimized website in different directories and place links in different websites.

- Every other thing that is necessary to increase visibility of our websites.

- I would prefer human hand submission, instead of automated submission. Therefore we want someone to submit our website to directories like Google, Yahoo, DMOZ, MSN etc.

3) Links Building

- link building strategy is a very critical part of this project.

- We need someone to analysis the websites and remove any broken links within the website and improve internal linking of the website as this will spread the Page Rank across the website.

- You also should be able to concentrate on the external linking with other reputable websites.

4) Objectives

- Our objective is to rank high on major search engines

5) Method of Acheiving above Objectives

- Only legal means must be used to achieve this ranking
