Creating a simple data base, and web pages in .Net to access data base, for apartmnet booking

I have site where people can book apartments online. I need a database developed that will contain data on the apartments and their availability, and also web pages where people can look for available apartments and book them online. Everything developed online should be both with in Swedish and English. The page design has already been developed and you will just need to develop the functionality that will be added to the pages. Everything should be developed in .Net. What I need developed is the following: 1. A database containing information on apartments and rooms in our system and their availability. 2. One contact page, where users can write a message that will be sent to my company’s e-mail address. An example of such can be seen on the link below. [login to view URL] 3. A page containing a text description of a room (that I will fill in) that on the bottom has availability of the apartment marked in a calendar. I need that calendar developed for the page. The calendar should be regularly updated from a database with the correct information on the availability of the apartment. The link below shows a page with exactly the functionality that I want developed for my page. The days marked in grey in the calendar on the bottom of the page are the days when the apartment is occupied and can not be booked. [login to view URL] 4. Functionality to search and book an apartment. a) First a page where you can make a selection on the time period in which you want to rent an apartment, for how many people, and the area in which you want the apartment to be. b) Second a page where a list of available apartments, based on your selection, is shown. c) Third a page where you can enter your personal information to book the apartment. Also a recipt showing the information on your booking, must be presented above the form. d) Fourth a page where all the booking information is presented and user can make a confirmation on the booking. 5. Form to fill in information on an apartment to rent. The information will be sent to the company address. An example of such form can be seen in the link below. [login to view URL] 6. A database access page to be able to retrieve data from data base on available apartments and change database data on apartments availability.
