We need an application that integrates with an email system and logs customer support requests as they come in via email or via a web form (The form should also collect a few additional bits of information).
The system should have a queue of incoming requests and should be searchable. The system should log all replies to a customer.
Database should by SQL Server 2000
The system should be written in ASP .NET (C#) preferable. The forms should be created as web custom controls.
