Login membership
Buy /Rent properties

Broker Functionality
Broker must be able to setup email alerts for new properties.
Must be able to email properties to clients from website.
Automatic email alert for new properties with specific criteria.
Brokers must be able to add a company banner and a picture of themselves to their ads

Owners brokers must be able to see how many people viewed their add.
Content management and login.
Site must have an online content managements system. Site must be easy to run and easily changed by non programmers. Must be able to add/delete new regions, cities, towns and villages instantly. Must be able to edit the prices of the ads. Must be able to change the text and language.
Login: Clients must be able to login, change adds, upgrade/downgrade adds, stop/rerun an add, add listings and view stats. Change for sale property status to: Sale pending and Property Sold, Property retracted.
