Hiya, I would advise you : To determine the port I would take a packet capture on the machine sending the traffic to the printer. The port would be easy to find when opening the packet capture on Wireshark. Regarding the allowed IPs, you would need to set a rule as this : allow source (192.168.x.x - 192.168.x.y etc) destination(printer IP) Destination port(the printer port). That should be configured one time on the firewall. However you could add a switch in between and configure the ACL rule, But again it's better and safer to configure these kind of rules on the firewall. I hope that helps. R.
