Mikrotik questions : Bonding router , need to chat 15-30 min to fix a small bug

Bonding router , need to chat 30 min for finetuning
having issue setup 2x ccr2004 in bonding passing trough 2 different CRS317 switchs
i am getting loss on one router but i am not geting any loss from the VRRP ip attached to the bonding interface so its wierd.
it seem the issue is betweeen Each CRS317 , i am probably missing something cause if i plug all 4 port ( each router as Bonded interface ) 2 ports ( 1 in each switch ) VRRP between each bonded interfaces.
