OpenVPN access for 4 employees to Company Network

As a company, our goal is to provide secure remote access for 4 of our employees to connect to our corporate network.
After careful consideration, we have decided to use remote access for individual employees for this purpose.
Some of the employees have technical expertise to set up their own VPN access, but not all of them.
Therefore, we need a professional to assist us in setting up OpenVPN for each of the 4 employees so that they can securely connect to our corporate network.
We require someone experienced in OpenVPN setup and configuration to ensure our remote access needs are met.
Aim is to explain how we can setup access, and help with any setting up.
