I’m launching the first development phase of a scalable financial-content platform built with [login to view URL] 13 and Sanity v3 as a headless CMS. The site’s core purpose is to provide Knowledge, Tools, Guides, Resources and Affiliations for retail investors, so this initial sprint focuses on standing up the technical foundation and shipping the most critical sections. The platform is being designed as a scalable content + data system, with long-term plans to support thousands of pages, structured content, and tools. We are currently looking for an experienced developer to build the Phase 1 foundation of the platform. Tech Stack (Fixed) Frontend: [login to view URL] (latest version, App Router preferred) CMS: Sanity (headless CMS) Deployment: Cloudflare Pages (CDN) + Workers (API readiness) Here’s what I need delivered in this phase: - A clean [login to view URL] 13 codebase (TypeScript, app router) wired to a Sanity v3 dataset hosted on Sanity Studio. - Schema design in Sanity for Tools, Guides and Resources, including reusable portable-text blocks, tagging and author references. - Dynamic, statically generated pages for each content type, complete with meta tags and Open Graph data for SEO. - Real-time preview and secure content webhooks so editors can publish with a single click. - Responsive UI styled with Tailwind CSS (or another utility framework if you prefer) that meets basic accessibility guidelines. - Build reusable page templates - Develop reusable UI components (cards, tables, FAQ, etc.) - Implement basic SEO setup (meta tags, clean URLs) - Prepare deployment on Cloudflare Pages - Ensure compatibility with Cloudflare Workers (basic readiness only) I’m aiming for well-structured, documented code that makes future iterations—analytics dashboards, user accounts, deeper market-analysis modules—straightforward. Important Clarification We are not building the full platform in this phase. The objective is to: - establish a strong technical foundation - enable content publishing via CMS - ensure the system is scalable for future expansion The attached document will give you more insights. If you have solid experience with [login to view URL], Sanity, GROQ and modern front-end best practices, this should be a concise but impactful build. An ongoing long term suppot may be required from the developer, depending on the expertise.
