My current React application already runs smoothly with Firebase Auth, but I now need the whole codebase migrated to [login to view URL] so I can tap into simplified server-side rendering and squeeze out extra speed on every page—not just the homepage or dashboard, but the entire site. Here’s the scope of work: • Rebuild the existing React components inside a modern [login to view URL] structure (app router or pages router—whichever you recommend) while preserving all UI and business logic. • Keep Firebase Auth exactly as it is and wire it into [login to view URL] authentication flows, ensuring secure session handling on both the client and server. • Introduce Supabase as the new primary database layer. That means setting up tables, SQL policies, and a clean API interface (Supabase client or RLS) so the front end can read/write data safely. • Implement a secure token exchange between Firebase and Supabase so authenticated users can access database resources without duplicating login steps. • Optimise performance: code-splitting, image optimisation, and any [login to view URL] features (SSR, ISR, edge functions) that bring down Time-to-First-Byte across all routes. • Deliver a concise migration plan and technical doc that outlines how to swap out auth or database providers in the future with minimal code changes. Acceptance criteria 1. [login to view URL] project builds and runs locally and in a staging environment with zero functional regressions. 2. Existing Firebase users can sign in/out, and their JWT or custom token is honoured by Supabase row-level security. 3. Lighthouse performance scores are equal to or higher than the current React build on every major page. 4. The migration document clearly explains project structure, env variables, and future provider swap steps. Code can live in my GitHub repo; I’ll give access on kickoff. Please use clean, commented TypeScript where practical and commit in logical increments so I can follow the progress.
