Tech Stack: - Frontend: [login to view URL] - Backend: Supabase - Payments: Stripe Checkout - Hosting: Vercel User Flow: - User lands on pool page - Pays €10 via Stripe - Redirected back - Selects winner for all 15 matches - Submits picks (locked + timestamped) - Views public leaderboard Functional Requirements: - Picks only available after payment - Picks lock at deadline (server-side) - 3 points per correct match - Leaderboard sorted by score, then submission time - No ability to edit picks after submission Admin Requirements (private route): - View entrants - Export CSV - Set match winners - Leaderboard auto-updates Timeline: Immediate start, MVP required on or before 1st February Daily async updates required Proof of work on Stripe & Supabase required.

Hi there, Systems involving money and public rankings need deterministic behavior. The approach here would treat the backend as the source of truth and keep the frontend intentionally thin. Stripe Checkout would act only as a payment gateway, with all eligibility and submission state controlled server-side. Supabase would enforce one-way data flows using row-level security and write-once records. Admin actions would be scoped to result updates and exports without touching user submissions.
