Help me build a demo in nodejs/microservices/docker

Job Description:
I want to get up and starting with nodejs, microservices and docker.
We will build up 2 simple microservices based on nodejs, and deploy them on docker.
Im using visual studio code and ubuntu.
Let´s schedule for 3 sessions / 1 hour each where we share screen and do it togheter. Basically I need some support to get starting.
