USER ROLES & ACCESS CONTROL (VERY IMPORTANT) Buyer: Register / Login. (When Someone add 3 or more Product in cart it must be asked for Register/ Login) Browse products. Add products to cart. See container loading visualization. Request quotation Chat with sales Download catalogs Order sample kits Select incoterms, payment terms & loading type Sales Person : Assigned buyers Chat with buyers Edit quotations Send revised quotations Update payment status Manage orders (limited permissions) Admin: Full control of system Product management Pricing & currency control Order edit/delete Assign buyers to sales persons Create sales & admin accounts CMS control (pages, menus, banners) 3. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (ADMIN PANEL) Each product must have: Product Name Product Code / SKU Material (Bagasse, CPLA, etc.) Size (inch / ml) Weight CBM per box Box dimensions Quantity per box MOQ Product images (multiple) Packaging options. Branding/customization options Ex-Work price (base currency) Active / Inactive status Tags (Trending, New, Sale, Upcoming) Admin can: Add / edit / delete products Control which products show as: Trending New Sale Upcoming 4. CONTAINER LOADING SYSTEM (CORE FEATURE) Container Types 20ft 40ft 40ft HC LCL (No Choose Container) - Optional Each container must have: Total CBM Weight limit Buyer Experience Buyer selects container size When adding products: System calculates CBM used Shows container filling % Shows remaining empty CBM Under remaining space: System suggests products that can fit Example: 10 CBM remaining → Can fit: 2 boxes – 12" Plate 10 boxes – Bagasse Spoon This must be dynamic & real-time 5. CART & SIDE PANEL ORDER VIEW Buyer must see in side panel / modal: Product image Product name Box quantity CBM per box Total CBM Packaging type Branding status Edit / remove product Admin & Sales: Can edit buyer order Admin can delete order completely 6. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & REQUESTS Two Separate Request Types: (Customize My Brand Page) Custom Packaging / Branding Fully Custom Product Request Buyer can: Upload files Write notes Select product reference Submit request (not direct order) These create leads, not orders. 7. QUOTATION & INCOTERM FLOW Buyer selects: Incoterm (Ex-Works, FOB, CIF, etc.) System Logic: If Ex-Works: Auto-generate quotation Send PDF quotation by email If Other Incoterms: Send Ex-Works quotation Show message: “Your request is submitted. Our team will contact you within 12–24 hours.” Sales Person: Can edit quotation Send Revised Quotation Quotation sent via: Email Buyer chat 8. MULTI-CURRENCY SYSTEM Admin sets: Base currency Exchange rates Currency auto-changes by buyer region Buyer can manually change currency Prices always controlled by admin No live API auto-rate unless admin approves. 9.
