I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me build a powerful and user-friendly Telegram chatbot using technologies such as Node.js, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (particularly their Conversation, Core, and Runner plugins), TwiML/TeXML, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and scripts folder. The primary purpose of this chatbot will be customer support and I will provide you with a specific script I have in mind. This project requires a developer who is highly knowledgeable about these technologies and the Telegram platform in general. Experience working on similar projects is a plus but not a must. If you are comfortable working with these technologies and have a deep understanding of the Telegram platform, then I would be very interested in hearing from you! requirements: Basic idea: A telegram bot which makes calls to designated numbers, using designated callerid and other parameters via MessageBird and/or SIgnalWire APIs to do so. There will be premade scripts assigned to commands in the Bot that only accept variables, one at a time as input, and constructs a call flow that way, but there shuld also be the option to create/upload custom scripts via .csv files. Workflow: -User starts bot, bot checks if user has a valid license. If not prompt user to buy, if yes welcome user and run /help command listing all the possible options -If user needs a license they use /buy while will used a crypto currency payments api to generate a wallet and amount to give them based on the length of time they are wanting to purchase, {day, week, month} -Once they have sent the payment, and it confirms on whcihever blockchain, the bot alerts the user that payment has been completed and alerts them to when the license will expire. -there should be a folder that contains .xml files following the syntax of twiml or texml (from twilio and telnyx) but really just SSML syntax for making custom scripts, and register commands via the telegram bot based on the names of the files in this folder -the option to import and export .csv files with 6 columns, one for each step in the custom calls and the name == the name of the custom script -the custom scripts should be saved to the db only under the telegram_id of the user who uploaded them and be accessible for that user only in the future -the ability for users to add dtnamic variables in their custom scripts by using {{ }} double brackets in the text -a p2p mode where a number to call, a number for caller id and the users number is collected. a script is played, the person recieving the call presses 1 and it bridges the calls together whenever the bot user presses connect button, there should be hold music while waiting for the bot user to connect -upon DTMF input or user input from the person recieving the call, the input should be sent to the telegram bot user as a message with two inline keyboard buttons ACCEPT and REJECT, hold music is played while the bot user selects the correct answer. if accepted play the exit message and disconnect the call, if REJECT play a mesaging saying input not correct and to please try again. repeat this cycle umtil call disconnects or input is accepted -all call status updates should be seent thruy the bot conversation to the user who is initiateing the call (INITIATED, RINGING, ANSWERED, HUNG UP, VOICEMAIL, BUSY etc) -this bot should be able to handle a lot of concurrent conversations and calls, maintaining session data with the user for the duration of that call until a new one is made and in the chat. there will eed to be multiple bits of data collected for each call so you will need to use session data or ideally conversations plugin by grammyjs -mongodb or posgresql database, i will provide all necessary keys and types of data upon start of project THIS IS A GREYHAT PROJECT!!!
