I have a set of power of attorney documents ready for execution this afternoon and simply need a neutral adult to witness my wife and me signing them. Please be able to meet us in Coconut Grove by 3:15 pm today, stay long enough to observe the signatures (about an hour), and add your own name and signature where indicated on each page. No special qualifications such as a notary stamp or legal background are required—just show up on time with valid ID so we can record your details on the form. The entire visit should take no more than 45–60 minutes.
