Freelance Helpdesk in Barcelona

At Nubelo Solutions we are looking for a Freelance Service Desk Specialist for one of the most advanced tech company located in Barcelona.  <br /><br />As part of the Service Desk team the Service Desk officer will be responsible for responding to all customer and user contact with the helpdesk and to accurately record and track calls with the proper support teams. The post holder has a key role to help develop and present a positive customer image to all users of the helpdesk. Onsite support Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and Applications</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues</li><li>Troubleshooting system and basic network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults</li><li>Replacing parts as required</li><li>Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports</li><li>Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system supporting the roll-out of new applications</li><li>Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers</li></ul>Experience required:<ul><li>Windows 7 and MS Office 365</li><li>Active Directory maintenance</li><li>PC hardware, peripherals, printers, networking Client</li><li>PC connectivity -Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN</li><li>File server knowledge</li><li>Helpdesk software (desired) </li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>International Environment</li><li>Weekly rotating schedule</li><li>Full-time project</li></ul>
