I have a batch of PDFs that need to become fully editable Word or Excel files while looking exactly the same as the originals. The pages contain mixed text and numeric data—tables, paragraphs, and the occasional embedded graphic—so accuracy in both content and layout is essential. Fonts, column widths, cell borders, page headers, footers, and even the spacing between elements all need to carry over without distortion. I will provide the source PDFs and expect back clean .docx or .xlsx files ready for immediate use in Microsoft Word and Excel. Automated tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or equivalent are fine as long as the output meets the “looks-identical” requirement. A quick proofread for OCR errors or misplaced figures is part of the job. Deliverables: • Converted Word and/or Excel files replicating every page of each PDF • An accuracy check confirming that all text and numeric values match the source • Any fonts or styles embedded if special installation is required I am looking for someone who has handled precise PDF conversions before and can turn this around promptly while keeping communication clear.
